SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated on weight and distance,  after you've added your items to the cart, shipping charges will be calculated.

All shipments are shipped out within 24 to 48 business hours.  If a trackable shipping service was selected, an email will be sent with the tracking number.

Please note that Thriving Tress is not responsible for any damage, stolen or delayed shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to hygienic reasons, Thriving Tress is unable to accept exchanges or returns. If it was an error on our behalf, please send a message on the contact page, or send an email to thrivingtress@gmail.com, so that we can fix the situation as soon as possible.
